1 Definitions & Applicability

1.1 General Definitions

In this Terms & Conditions document, the following terms are used with the meanings given below:

• "Platform" refers to the ct66 website, mobile version, and all services included within it.
• "User" or "Member" refers to any individual who accesses services through a registered account on ct66.
• "Services" refers to all online betting, casino games, and related entertainment features provided by ct66.

• The user must manage their account in a sound and competent mental state.
• One person may create only one account; creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Any individual or entity prohibited by ct66 may not register.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

To access services on ct66, a personal account must first be created. All information provided at the time of registration must be completely accurate, up to date, and truthful. Providing false or misleading information may result in account suspension or permanent closure.

3.2 Account Security

Each user is solely responsible for keeping their account password and login credentials confidential. Sharing a password with any third party is prohibited. If a user suspects that their account credentials have been compromised, they must contact the ct66 support team immediately.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

ct66 reserves the right to verify the identity of any member in the interest of platform security and fair operation. This process may involve requesting a national identity card, passport, or other government-issued documents. If verification is not completed in a timely manner, withdrawal of funds may be temporarily suspended.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ct66 currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including major Bangladeshi banks such as Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank).

4.2 Minimum Limits

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 (for each method).
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳800.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. However, additional time may be required if identity verification is incomplete or if an account requires review.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

At the time of withdrawal, the account must hold sufficient real money (real balance). Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirements have been met. In cases of fraud or suspicious activity, ct66 reserves the right to hold withdrawals and conduct an investigation.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

A 150% bonus is offered on the first deposit at ct66, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus and the total balance becomes ৳2,500. Alternatively, depositing ৳14,000 earns a ৳10,000 bonus and the total balance becomes ৳24,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw bonus funds, the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only (the deposit amount is not included). Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 15 = ৳22,500 in wagers must be placed before bonus winnings become withdrawable.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period and conditions, which are made clear at the time the offer is provided.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be combined at the same time unless explicitly permitted.
• ct66 reserves the right to cancel a bonus and any associated winnings if irregularities or manipulation in meeting bonus conditions are detected.
• ct66 reserves the right to modify or cancel existing promotions at any time, though this will not apply retroactively to active offers.

6 Gameplay Rules

6.1 Types of Services

The ct66 platform offers sports betting (including cricket, football, and kabaddi), live casino, slot games, fishing games, and many other entertainment games.

6.2 Betting Rules

• Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless the specific game's rules state otherwise.
• If incorrect odds or unintended outcomes appear due to a technical error, ct66 reserves the right to void or reassess the relevant bet.
• All game outcomes are governed by verifiable Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.

6.3 Special Sports Betting Rules

In the sports betting section, market types, odds, and match-related information are subject to change. Users must read all conditions carefully before finalising a bet. If a match is cancelled or left incomplete, ct66's designated Sports Rules will apply to the settlement of that bet.

7 Fair Play & Prohibited Activities

7.1 List of Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ct66 platform:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Coordinated betting intended to circumvent bonus conditions (bonus abuse or arbitrage betting).
• Playing games using automated bots, scripts, or any other software.
• Transferring, selling, or renting an account or funds.
• Money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to exploit vulnerabilities in games or systems for an advantage.
• Abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward other members or staff.

7.2 Consequences of Prohibited Activities

If evidence of involvement in any of the above prohibited activities is found, ct66 may permanently close the relevant account, cancel bonuses and winnings, and take legal action.

8 Security & Privacy

ct66 uses SSL encryption technology to protect your personal information and financial transactions. User data is not sold or transferred to any third party, though information may be disclosed when required by legal obligation or at the request of a regulatory authority. 9 Account Suspension or Closure

9.1 ct66's Rights

ct66 may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice for the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these terms.
• Detection of fraud or suspicious activity.
• Evidence of providing a false identity or information.
• Extended account inactivity (in accordance with the applicable policy).

9.2 User Rights

Any user who wishes to voluntarily close their account may contact ct66 support. If a real-funds balance remains at the time of closure and no breach of terms has occurred, that balance will be available for withdrawal.

10 Limitation of Liability

The ct66 platform is provided as an entertainment service. ct66 accepts no liability for the following:

• Loss caused by internet disconnection or a fault with the user's own device.
• Loss resulting from unauthorised third-party access to an account where the user has been negligent in protecting their password.
• Financial loss arising from the user's own betting decisions.
• Compensation beyond a fair resolution in the event of an unexpected technical or system failure.
